iWords Privacy Policy

iWords runs entirely offline. None of your searches or results are sent to any servers.

If you choose to enable automatic updates, iWords will contact a server to see if there is a newer version available. This will happen once a day. This ping includes your current version of iWords, and (by necessity) your IP address. As part of the server logs, your version of iWords and the date and time of the request are stored. Your IP address is never stored.
